My Home Real Estate is a family owned business with over twenty years of experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. We pride ourselves in treating each client fairly and respectfully. Vonda Bailey, the owner and broker opened My Home Real Estate in December of 2007. I began my real estate career in 1996 working as a sales consultant for new home builders in the Dallas area. After starting my family, I obtained my real estate license in 2001. I worked with Re/Max and a few other companies for over 6 years.

I also worked with Builders Design Group over 4 years, helping clients design and select the colors and materials for their new homes. Spending time with my husband and 3 kids is very important. My name is Shonda Hardy and I’m your local licensed realtor for the DFW area! Shonda is a Dallas native who experiences of growing up in a big city formed integrity in which she incorporates into her real estate business. Shonda started in real estate at the young age of 18 as a customer service representative for a renowned real estate company. Shonda also dedicated a few years to the finance side of real estate as a loan officer specializing in purchases. Although successfully as a loan officer Shonda longed for a more personal relationship with her clients. Therefore this passion inspired her to become a realtor. Instead of being involved with one part of the process now Shonda can not only start but continue and finish the experiences with her clients!
